HKP8+ because we offer more than just the HK P8.

HK currently makes the USP Elite, the USP Expert, and the USP Custom Sport. HK no longer produce the P10 nor P12 any longer, to the best of our knowledge.

While the P12 was sold only to the Bundeswehr in small numbers, the P10 does show up used out of private hands. If I come across any, I will offer it to this group first!

Since this page is accessible to everyone, I hesitate to publish buyers names or emails. To protect this information I came up with two ideas:

1. All buyers can chose a nick name, number or whatever they choose. Only I know who that person is.

2. The status of the group buy will be published in PDF, and will be password protected.

How it will work:

1. A minimum order of 10 pistols sold is required to fix our sales price. Orders do not have to be restricted to the P8. As of today, Saturday at 9:30am, we have 10 pistols ordered.

2. This order must be prepaid. This can be by personal check. So far I had no HK owner letting me down. I don't take PayPal or credit/debit cards.

3. The firearms will be bought in Germany. With the purchase, I will then receive the needed serial numbers to file with the Form 6 for the ATF import permit.

The ATF currently processes these permits anywhere from 6 weeks to 4 months. While the HK pistols clearly meet the ATF import criteria, I expect the ATF will process the Form 6 fairly swiftly. After that, the German authorities usually take 3-4 weeks to process the paperwork on their end. Upon completion, they send the paperwork to German customs, whose processing is approximately one to two weeks. US Customs generally takes no longer than 3 days.

Once I receive the inventory, I am required by law to engrave the slide. It will look like this (with a different serial number):

After this the pistols will be shipped to your FFL by USPS Priority Mail.

Extra Magazines: The P8 has an MSRP of EURO 53.95. That is $65!

Price for a NIB SFP9 $1,030. Comes with two magaines.

Price for a NIB P8 is $ 1,200.00 delivered. Comes with two magaines.

Price for a NIB USP Custom Sport is $1,550.00 delevered. Comes with two magaines.

Price for a NIB USP Expert is $2,000.00 delevered. Comes with two magaines.

Questions I have received:

Q: Can the import mark be put on the barrel?

A: No. I wish I could put it on the barrel, but the ATF requires to have it visible without dissembling or pulling back the slide.

Q: Can the import mark be on the frame?

A: By law yes, but the material of the P8 makes it impossible.

At least I don't know anyone who can work this into polymer material.

P10 & P12

I checked with several vendors and HK in Germany itself. Both pistols are out of production and there are no plans as of now to produce any. All firearms left were sold. So until HK sees a new demand for these pistols, there will be none.
